However, the game still has its fair share of downsides to take note of, as well. One noticeable issue is the imbalance of character skills. Some character abilities are much more powerful compared to others, which can set a precedent as to who will win in a battle. Another issue is the game’s clunky and unintuitive UI where players can unintentionally activate skills and cancel actions they want to take.

Promising but needs some polishing

Overall, Spiritle creates an appealing board game where players can meet with friends online and battle against each other or work together to defeat other players. The three game modes also provide variety and opportunities for cooperative play with friends. However, the imbalance of character skills and the clunky UI are drawbacks that can affect the overall experience. Despite these issues, the game still stands out with its delightful visuals.
